For over thirty years CHC LEARNING CENTER, a program of The Center for Handicapped Children, Inc. has served the needs of students with multiple disabilities and their families. During that time hundreds of lives have been touched with an emphasis on improving the quality of life and a genuine respect for the dignity of all individuals. Families and caregivers, dedicated staff, committed volunteers, and generous benefactors have truly come together to make a difference. CHC is funded in part by New York State Education Department, Department of Health, and other counties and school districts in the western New York region. This funding provides the basic educational program and transportation to and from school.
At this time CHC is seeking additional funding to provide programming and equipment utilizing the latest advances in technology. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit agency, CHC is eligible to receive donations, grants, and bequests to assist us in our mission.
